  • Will Bouziane

    FOUNDER & OWNER

    Will Bouziane is the Owner and General Contractor behind Bouziane Construction. Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, he founded the company in 2012 to meet the growing demand for high-quality construction in his hometown.

    A graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Business and an MBA in Management and Finance, Will has built expertise in design, project management, estimating, and architecture. One of his proudest achievements is assembling a talented team that delivers exceptional service and craftsmanship to every client.

  • Todd Marsman

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Todd Marsman is a seasoned builder and craftsman with a passion for home construction and woodworking. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, he relocated to Florida and has become a respected figure in the local construction industry.

    A Hope College graduate, Todd launched his first building company shortly after graduation. Drawing on a family legacy of craftsmanship, he brings precision and attention to detail to every project. Outside of work, Todd enjoys woodworking and boating along the Gulf Coast.

    PROJECT MANGER

    Phil is an experienced construction professional from Sarasota, Florida, with deep roots in the Sunshine State. He has developed expertise in framing, countertop fabrication and installation, and trim work; consistently delivering projects with precision and attention to detail. With years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Phil is known for his versatility, skill, and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

    BUSINESS MANAGER

    Meredith, a native of Sarasota, Florida, brings a deep appreciation for the local housing landscape to Bouziane Construction. With a decade of experience in the fintech industry, she offers expertise in project management and business operations, supporting smooth and efficient company operations.

    As an integral part of the team, Meredith engages closely with clients and assists in bringing their home visions to life, including providing guidance on design and ensuring every detail is executed with care and precision.
